How Coaching Works at Endurance Forge

Step 1:

At Endurance Forge, each coach-athlete relationship begins with a one-on-one consultation.

During your phone or video call, you and your coach will discuss your training history, training and racing goals, your lifestyle, family commitments, schedule, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and more. 

Step 2:
Training Plan Development

Using the information you provided in your initial consultation, your coach will build a macro training plan. A macro training plan is the road map of how your training will progress to your goal. 


After you review your macro training plan and your coach makes any adjustments, your coach will input your training into your TrainingPeaks Premium athlete account.

Step 3:
Training & Analysis

As your training progresses, your coach will analyze your training, provide feedback, and adjust future training to optimize your adaptations and keep you progressing towards your goal(s). 

Step 4:
Regular Communication

Based on your preference, your coach will meet with you through phone or video call for a regular coaching consultation to review your training, outline upcoming training, and discuss topics such as race strategy, nutrition, sleep, recovery, mobility, life balance, etc.

Step 5:
Crush Your Goals

Whether your goal is crossing your first finish line, stepping up in distance, smashing a PR, or qualifying for a race such as state championships, Boston, or Kona: 

You will toe the start line fitter, stronger, and confident that your goals are within reach.
