At Endurance Forge, we leverage years of training, racing, coaching experience, and advanced education to improve athletes' performance and reach their potential.
As an athlete, Scott understands what it is like to sacrifice to achieve a goal, endure mentally and physically during an intense or long training session, and lay awake mind racing the night before a race.
Through coaching and earning an advanced degree, Scott has worked with and learned from some of the world's top exercise physiologists and nutrition scientists, enhancing his knowledge and honing his coaching philosophy.
Scott started coaching endurance athletes in 2013 and has worked with athletes in numerous disciplines and distances from running 800m to the marathon, sprint distance to 140.6 triathlons, century rides to cycling tours, pool and open water swimming.
